By using HalalMate, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the app.
1. About HalalMate
HalalMate (formerly HalalSnap) helps users identify if ingredients are Halal, Haram, Doubtful, or Unknown by scanning product labels. The app is provided by Sufiyan Yasa.
2. Purpose & Accuracy
HalalMate uses AI to interpret ingredients in any language. Results are for guidance only — not certified religious rulings. Always verify with trusted Halal authorities when unsure.
3. Use of the App
Use HalalMate responsibly. Don't misuse, copy, or modify the app or its data. You agree to use it only for personal, lawful purposes.
4. Subscriptions
Free users get limited scans. Premium users unlock unlimited scans and detailed ingredient info. Subscriptions are managed via the App Store and can be canceled anytime.
5. Data & Privacy
Images you scan may be processed securely by AI services to determine Halal status. We don't sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Liability
HalalMate is provided "as is." We make no guarantees of complete accuracy and aren't responsible for decisions made based on the app's results.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the latest version.
